Ride Nutrition Workshop with Gaye Rutherford

- Duration: 90 Minutes (approx.)
- Location: Hobart, Tasmania
- Product code: PWMXTS
Whether you're heading out for a 30-minute spin or training for your first 100 km ride, how you fuel can make all the difference to your energy, performance, recovery and overall enjoyment of cycling.
Following our recent 6th Girl Gang Anniversary Ride, it became clear that many riders are unintentionally under-fuelling. This workshop has been created to help you better understand what your body needs before, during and after a ride, so you can feel stronger, recover better, and enjoy your time on the bike even more.
Join accredited sports dietitian Gaye Rutherford for an engaging and practical evening covering topics including:
- How to fuel for short, medium and long rides
- What to eat before, during and after riding
- Common fuelling mistakes cyclists make
- Hydration basics
- Practical strategies you can implement straight away
This session is ideal for riders of all abilities and is particularly valuable for anyone taking part in the Rapha Women's 100 ride the following weekend.
